Strange error in Vista - Control Panel, 3d Flip, Network and Sharing Centre not Opening!

Recently i was playing around with the settings on my machine and i disabled lots of useless services. (Windows sure runs slow cos of these services!) I wish if there is any body who can send me a list of services which need to be activated all times! Any ways after restarting i got the error saying my Copy of windows vista is not ultimate, (i've got a licensed key)! so it was a problem with genuinity checking service. Any ways i reenabled all services through safe mode and then got back to windows. But some how by a strange reason i wasn't able to open control panel. When i point it on Start Menu it shows it as empty! Also i wasn't able to do Windows 3d flip and open Network and Sharing Centre. I googled around and found a solution. Thanks to the people at msdn forums i got this solution from there.

The problem was that two services had got disabled which made windows vista run in a reduced mode! Here's how you can do it
Go to Run and Type - services.msc
in there look for services by the name "Software Licensing" and "SL UI Notification Service", the second one is dependent on the first one so you got to enable that one first. Click on the service name and start it and set it to run automatically by changing their properties. That's it. This is all! it runs perfectly!
